The North Gate

The northern gate of Archais is not open to everyday travelers. The gate connects directly to the back courtyard of the dawn's vigil's Lord Viglant's home--Sunlake Manor. It is sealed at all times, unless the Lord Vigilant directs otherwise. It is not patrolled, however, and there is no portcullis in front of the locked, wooden doors that seal the gate's arch off from the wilds.
